How Long Does My Hair Need to be for My Waxing Service in Raleigh?

Shaving before your reservation is a no-no. Before your first wax, we recommend letting your hair grow for at least two weeks, or until the hair is about ¼ inch long. This gives our Comfort Wax® room to grip the hair and leave your skin silky smooth.

How Do I Prepare for My Wax?

To get your skin wax ready, we advise that you refrain from tanning, drinking significant amounts of caffeine, or consuming alcohol prior to your wax service. They can cause your pores to tighten and make your experience less than luxurious. We recommend that you refrain from these activities in order to have the most comfortable experience possible. Some prescriptions can also affect your comfort during waxing, so be sure to let your wax specialist know if you’re on any medications.
